001   :   general information.       a well-known name in the underground, giran is the man every villain goes to when they want something. whether it's supplies, costumes, information ⸻ there's nothing he can't get, for the right price. his loyalty mostly belongs to the league of villains, who have been his most frequent and important clients to date. still, he's more than happy to take other villains as his clients, provided they earn his time and respect one way or another. outside his career, not much is known about giran. he mostly keeps his personal matters to himself ⸻ after all, his dealings have made him quite a target, both for the authorities and even other criminals.002   :   quirk information.       "muddied" grants giran the ability to cause minor amnesia to his target by making contact with their head, causing their memories of the previous five minutes and the next five minutes to become vague.
